Donnie is a Director, Creative Director, Designer, and Musician based in Chicago, USA. He most recently served as a full-time Director & Creative Director at The Mill where he led teams of artists and producers focused on Design-Driven solutions. His capabilities span live-action, CGI, animation, and graphic design with particular strength in the intersection of these disciplines. With over a decade of leadership experience, he’s pioneered projects for broadcast television, entertainment, large-scale installations, and arena concerts. His most recent collaborations include work for The US Open, Starbucks, The Cosmopolitan Hotel of Las Vegas, Evan Williams, Pepsi, Fiat, Mini Couper, and Amazon.

Donnie’s passion for design, animation, and live-action has earned him accolades from AICE and PromaxBDA. Priding himself on being a hands-on Director who utilizes a “soup to nuts” approach in all of his work, he’s involved every step of the way from rough sketches, to final delivery.
